  2. CoStar DA's Font listing, under the Type button, reflects those fonts you have in your system, any of which you can select for your use.

  8. Alignments can be left, center or right.

  10. Spacing refers to line spacing.  Selecting "Tighter" gives the closest line spacing, "Looser" the widest spacing.
